A message dedicated to all my dearest friends:
Perhaps I don't really know what to say to all of you... but I really want to give you all a HUGE THANK YOU!
There were a lot of things I wanna say to all of you. Please forgive me, I'm not good at expressing my deepest emotions verabally.
The toast, the speech... sorry I know I screwed it. But believe me, I meant to tell you a lot more than that crappy speech. (well I'm not comfortable to speak in front of camera too. blame it on Kenny haha who stuck his camera in front of me~)
First of all, thank you for giving me the GREATEST b-day celebration I've ever had. Everything's perfect - because you were there with me. What more could I ask for? When all (well, almost all) of my dearest friends were celebrating with me?
And of course, thanks for all the very special presents and b-day cards. I love'em all! Really really really love'em!
And the cake.. it was such a nice surprise! you even prepared a b-day cake for me! you're all sooooo cool!

and thx for the cards. they're lovely~ I just love reading birthday cards - no present on earth can have the effect of a b-day card with words that can last forever in me.
But most of all, thank you for being there with me. I'm lucky I know, and I'm grateful.
You know, today during dinner, a thought crossed my mind: I wanted to say something about each of you. about how I feel about you, and how much you mean to me.
Now I have to regret for not doing that tonight.
But anyway, here's what I wanna say, to you all, round-the-table:

Alfred, as usual, thanks for being the 'inspiring' friend. No, you are a lot more than a friend to me, but a great partner all along. You're a man (who looks like nicholas in many people's eyes) who is destined to make a difference.
Stephen, you know you are the one who knows me so well. Probably even more than I know myself. Tried and true - I can count on you.
Cheuklok, you're the one with an ambition - most focused person I know. this quality I really have to learn from you. and hey, you are also the source of fun and all those 'hau tau sims'. We always have a great laugh when you're around.
Samuel, needless to say, the one who I share everything with since primary.
Lowell, who share similar (and non-similar) musical tastes with me. The one I usually phone to chat about everything. You still owe me a trip to europe. Don't lose hope yet - just have faith! You'll always find what you really like.
Otto, the cutest friend i've ever had, and most talented artist i've known. Follow your dreams - I know you'll achieve great things.
Trevor, the oldest friend among all tonight, but with the youngest heart, also a very focused person. You can be very serious, but that's what you're best at - see, you've achieved so many things now. But there are really more out there for you.
Ronald, the most religious man I've known (who seems to knock stephen from the throne) - believe in what you believe in... to me you're a very sensitive and caring person - with also a wicked good sense of humour!
Kenny, you're always the friend to 'encourage'. you're always supportive to me. you're such a great partner to work with, and really fun to be with! kee~ and as I've told you, although we've really known each other since F5, i feel like i've known you for ages.
Silas, you're always willing to share - you never conceal what's in your mind with your friends, and that's what makes a true friend.
Ryan, i've known you since form 1, a very talkative person, you're always willing to help - who helps in so many aspects in SA. I'm glad I can get to really know you again.
Arthur, a guy who's smart, serious and funny (a hybrid of all these qualities). i'm really glad to have the chance to work with you in several occasions. haven't done a lot of talking with you, but I know you're a true friend all along.
Justin, needless to say, among all excos, you're the most easy-going... and funniest too. Always giving us so much fun at meetings!~
Simon, who shows enormous Lasallian spirit... wow I really admire that. Katso front-man and SA's spirit lifter!
Gerald a.k.a. Princess sophia - whenever you're with us we would have a good time. How can you be so funny? i wonder... *applause*
